Drawing upon world renowned research, The Leadership Mindset™ is designed for leaders, managers and those who aspire to become leaders in the future. It challenges leaders to examine their own beliefs and thought patterns and makes direct links as to how these impact their personal performance and the performance of those they lead. Used in conjunction with the BluePrint Toolset®, The Leadership Mindset™ will provide a framework for growth and equip leaders with the tools and strategies to more effectively lead both themselves and others.

Through our Thought Patterns for High Performance 5.0® (TP5) programme, we help to create mindsets for optimal performance where people strive for continuous improvement, unlock their true potential and find purpose in the work they do.  TP5 challenges participants to examine their effective and ineffective thinking patterns in order to build on strengths and identify areas for potential growth. Participants are guided in applying the concepts and principles to address current and future challenges.

A recently designed mindsetting programme, centred on psychological and physical well-being tools to accelerate positive impact in all dimensions of wellness. Knowing that all well-being first starts with a growth mindset, this powerful programme provides participants with the skills to take charge of their futures. Mindsetting for Wellbeing & Performance™ applies The Pacific Institute’s proven mindsetting curriculum to the well-being PERMA model to drive results, enhance engagement and overcome areas where participants may be “stuck.”

Discover the health of your organisation through our powerful BluePrint Toolset® – a series of measurement tools that provide feedback on how your performance is being enhanced or restrained by mindset factors. Designed in conjunction with the University of Michigan, the BluePrint Toolset® can be used to analyse the underlying beliefs and thinking patterns that give rise to behaviours at either a personal, leadership or organisational level.

Our approach is future focused and concentrated on individual performance within a business context. We embed behaviour change by connecting the TPI curriculum to real-life situations. Our coaching methodology is uniquely structured around the BluePrint Toolset®, designed in conjunction with our research partners at the University of Michigan. Our coaching interventions provide a common language for individuals, leaders and teams, meaning their application can be interchangeable across different settings.

These are based around existing topics of high-importance within the client entity. Materials can be joint-badged to enhance the feeling of unity and cohesion between the existing work that the organisation is already engaged with and the TPI input.
